The Parador Gibralfaro in Málaga is surrounded by pine trees on Mount Gibralfaro and faces the Alcazaba, from where there are spectacular views of the port and the city.
Next month the Parador Gibralfaro will be presenting a special week-long menu (September 1 – 8th) featuring Bodegas Ordoñez wines with special food pairings for each. I will be there on the opening night to present and pour my wines.

And the menu will include:
- Rulo de foie con gelatina de vino blanco
- Escabeche sauve de pechuga de pavo
- Ajoblanco con sushi de salmon
- Dorada relleno de mariscos
- Helado del torta de casar
- Queso cabrales con membrillo
The special menu is 35 € per person.
