Meson Sabika will host a Jorge Ordoñez Wine Dinner on May 13th featuring a 5-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Filemon Ochoa paired with Spanish wines. Menu highlights include: Sautéed Rock Lobster, Hearty Lamb Stew, Grilled Duck Breasts, Beef Tenderloin and Crema de Chocolate for dessert. Featured wines include: 2008 Shaya Habis, 2004 Muga Seleccion Especial (94 WA) and 2005 Jorge Ordoñez “Old Vines”.
